At American Dream Residential (ADR) we hire only loan officers that are professionally educated, certified, and approved to provide mortgage advice to you. Trust us to find the loan program that's best for you. We are nationally and state tested, certified, fingerprinted (FBI, SBI), and have 0 BBB complaints. Banks are not required to be.
Trust - With 0 BBB complaints, and over $100,000,000 in fundings ever to date, ADR has grown to be your hometown mortgage broker and correspondent lender. We have 3 people that follow your loan through to closing (the processor, the loan officer, and a client service rep). We send out a weekly status report on your personal status for your loan. At most banks you can't get in touch with anyone.
Overhead We are a virtual company with a few office locations that total approximately $750 a month in rent. Try that at a bank with 5,000 offices that you have to pay for. We also pay our LOs on commission only. There are no $100 million paychecks here. We keep our overhead down so we can pass onto you the value of a great rate with outstanding service.
