Phyllis Lancaster has spent over 14 years in the housing finance industry.  She launched a new mortgage brokerage company, American Dream Residential, in the Greensboro market.  Phyllis is an Accredited Mortgage Professional. 

She consults with clients and determines which mortgage product meets their financial needs.   Phyllis is licensed as a Registered Representative of Royal Alliance, Inc., and licensed for securities and insurance.  Separately, she is an Investment Advisor Representative of Triad Financial Advisors, a Registered Investment Advisor Company. 

Phyllis works in the financial planning market for Triad Financial Advisors. She is a professional financial planner and advises clients on both sides of the balance sheet.

She is licensed in North Carolina for insurance products including life, health, and annuities. She is also a licensed Loan Officer with the State of North Carolina.  Phyllis holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Arkansas and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina’s Senior Executive Institute.   Phyllis, her husband, and children reside in Greensboro where she is active in the community.  She serves on the Family Service of Greensboro Foundation Board.  She also volunteers with the Greensboro United Arts Council, Our Lady of Grace School and Church and the Junior League of Greensboro where she served as President during 2004-2005.
